Candidates with a Tuition Fee of Rs. 0/- must still complete online self-reporting to claim their admission number. Skipping this auto-cancels the seat.
Failing to physically report at your college between July 25–28 will cancel your allotment and permanently ban you from the Final Phase.
Execute all fee payments from personal bank accounts or cards only. Refunds are reversed to the originating account. Avoid commercial internet center accounts to prevent refund misdirection.
Candidates who voluntarily executed an online seat cancellation during either Phase 1 or Phase 2 are explicitly banned from participating in the Final Phase.

If you secure a new allotment in a later phase, your previous seat is instantly and irrevocably revoked and given to the next meritorious candidate. Zero right of return.
College Upgrade: Reclaim Original T.C. from Phase 2 college → submit to new institution (Aug 5–7).
Branch Upgrade (Same College): Download updated order, pay differential fee, submit new self-report.

Candidates who slide to a different branch within their same college retain full eligibility for the Government Tuition Fee Reimbursement Scheme.
Post-sliding vacancies are legally prohibited from Spot Admissions. They are redirected entirely to the TGECET Lateral Entry system for diploma holders.
